Look up an installation video on Youtube. These were the easiest to install at a much cheaper price than the GM version. Once I watched the video, it took a total of 15 minutes from the time I walked into the garage til I walked out with installed rails. This was on a 2012 Equinox with the factory rails already installed. The crossbars just slide into place where you lock them in place. That's it. I bought these to use a friend's Thule carrier for a trip from the Midwest to the East Coast of Canada. After four days of highway driving, they stayed in place perfectly.

I guess a chlorine tablet is a chlorine tablet. Only difference is the container it comes in and they are individually wrapped. The container is a twist off top that is much easier to get in and out of than the last chlorine tablets I bought.

This Nioxin product is very helfpul. However, I only use it twice a week because it dries out my scalp. It does smell like you are putting medicine on your head but if you want hair...you don't care. It does make hair grow back, but if you are expecting a miracle, you will be dissapointed. If you use the whole line, you will see results in about a month, at least that's what happened for me.
