I'm on day 3 of my 90 day challenge and so far I'm loving the shakes. It's usually hard for me to eat 5 times a day but this keeps me on track since I'm only responsible for planning dinner and 2 healthy snacks. The flavor mixins are pretty tasty but I prefer actual fruit in my shakes.

I wore the Three Wolf Shirt to my Prom back in the day. Not only did I get crowned the Prom King, but I was also asked out by the head cheerleader, the homecoming queen and the secretary of the FFA. That shirt now hangs framed in my house, right next to my University of Phoenix diploma and my Pickled Egg eating championship trophy. God Bless the airbrush that created this masterpiece.

I love Rick Steves's presentation of European cities because he quickly cuts through the BS. When he suggests a city is worth a day's visit, he's not kidding, that's exactly what I want to do when I get there. When he says a museum is a must-see, he's right, it's breathtaking. He also mixes in sufficient quantities of history and mythology and interpretation of art to make my visit to a city or museum feel well-rounded without overdoing the details. His hotel recommendations are always right on too, and less important things like how the train station is laid out, or tips on using the trains or buses conveniently, really helped me out. I also took his advice about going Spanish for evening dining, meaning to eat out late, and I was happy that I did that; the food and atmosphere are worth staying up late.
