Over the last few years I have struggled with overeating and gaining weight. I love food and I don't know when to stop, and then I feel uncomfortably full. I ordered this product because it has simple natural ingredients. I noticed an increase in focus and energy the first day that I tried this product. I felt very productive and focused. I did not feel jittery and did not experience an increased heart rate, as I have with other "energy/appetite suppressant" pills that I have tried in the past. I also did not have any stomach irritation, no nausea after taking the pills. I also noticed that I never really got overly hungry. I only felt like snacking and felt satiated early into meals. I dropped this off a ten foot balcony and it was perfectly intact and I mean perfectly intact not a scratch or a crack on the display it is truly amazing nothing can stop this case. As one who is prone to being struck by all manner of sea vessels, I naturally picked up this useful book. Certainly, it covers its topic well, since I learned very clearly how to maneuver in the impending approach of a huge ship. That problem has been solved. However, it has created a new one: I am routinely being menaced by small ships - life boats, canoes, dinghies, etc. Might I suggest an epilogue in a second edition, or perhaps a companion volume? It would certainly save me some kayak-shaped bruises.
