Prompt shipment carried this monster upstairs and quick and easy assy. Started to use the equip within 30 minutes. We used the product infrequently for about 60 days and my wife said it was making a clicking noise. The rollers hit the frame when used aggresively. I called customer service and a replacement part was shipped.. Recieved 3 days later, installed, no change. Called again, rep came out to replace arms. Only one was replace because that wasn't the problem. He ordered the entire bottom rails frame and all. It came in about 4 days later. Called the rep and returned 3 days later. Replaced the parts and seemed ok. Not when used aggresively. Still clicks. Now had too long for return. Amazon said go to company, company no responce. Product works BUT it clicks, freaks me out.

I love Le Creuset. All you need to do is a quick spray with Pam and they usually don't stick. If they do, clean-up is a cinch, esp when you use Dawn on them - and this isn't an ad for Dawn. They cook evenly. They retain the heat. They seriously don't burn if you use your head and monitor the cooking temp. I can make soup, chili, spaghetti and don't ruin it.

It came on time and is a Microsoft product. I do not like the bland "white" background of the software and plan to do some research and see if it can't be brought back to the colors of the 2010 version. I have not used it much to see the additions from the 2010 version. I have always enjoyed Microsoft software and I am sure I will get adjusted to it and it will work well. But at my age it will take longer to adjust to it. I did not mind the Key Card rather than the Disc version since both methods do provide a continuation of using the software when I get a new computer to replace my old one. Obviously Microsoft has found a way to keep people from stealing the use of their software and we should put up with their self interest because it is right for them to protect their business interest.

The story picked up where it had left off in the last book. Aurora was as spunky as ever, and Charlaine Harris supplied the enough twists to keep the suspense going. Hope to see another Aurora book in the future.

I was planning on getting this for my granddaughter for Christmas but was very hard to find at a reasonable price but I'm glad that I waited as she hasn't put it down since receiving it. I ordered it one day and it was here the next. Great job will always be happy that you were so quick in getting it.

I have an older boat with a teak swim grid on it, and it has never looked as good as it does now. This oil is the BEST I have ever used. The swim grid looks like it is new! This product is amazing.

My son just started day care, he kept getting sick his doctor recommended he take something to build up immune system so I bought these OMG, he takes it twice a day for a month now and he hasn't had a runny nose a cough or a cold and they taste great. He ask to take his vitamins everyday. I would recommend.
