No build up. Perfect for daily use, blow out and curler or straightener protection. Last a long time. My hair is bra length,but not very thick. I use about a third of teaspoon and blow dry on high. I even do this for a touch up when dry. I don't use anything else on my hair except shampoo and deep conditioner or condition COWASH without shampoo. I get color about every 10 weeks for a little gray. For daily use, SILK can't be beat in my book. I've been using for about five years. I always make sure to rub into my ends which according to my beautician need snipping and I know are split. But beauticians can get scissors happy to me. They say that the split ends will eventually split all the way up; but that's not my experience; so I'll wait til next visit. I get compliments on the shine and healthy look of my hair which I attribute partly to silk since that's mostly what I use between washes.

He again puts forth his great knowledge of history here. Though this book seem to go in circles which surprises me because he doesn't talk that way on his radio program or TV. Haven't quite finished it yet so I hope he gives solutions besides moving out of the country before it is too late!

Definitely one of the worst scooters I've ever purchased, It doesn't go anywhere near as fast as it is advertised, it's a pain to put together and assemble, the instructions are horrible and have little teeny pictures that don't show or explain anything on how to do things. I regret buying this, the only bonus is it was pretty cheap, but it still sucks

This works perfectly with our Chicco Keyfit 30 and our BOB Flex! Super easy to install (if you can even call it installing, it just clicks into place). I saw some bad reviews for this item, but it seems that people weren't reading the product description. It clearly states this is for newer models of the BOB.
