For anyone who wonders about the 200lb limit...... I want to say that I had 2 adults and 2 kids on this at the same time jumping around having a blast and a total combined weight of just over 600lbs with the largest being 1 adult at 260lbs. Keep in mind that its 4 different people on the trampoline at the same time but not everyone jumping on 1 spot or up and down at the exact same time so the weight is distributed around. I will suggest that you put the safety net on the mat and put the triangle hookups through before starting so as to speed up install. This only took about 2 hours at a moderate pace.

Love, love, love this stroller. I just wish I had known about it sooner. This is our third stroller purchase and my son is one years old. This stroller is gorgeous with an urban look to it but even better is the ease in which it moves. I can easily and quickly turn it with one hand which while I'm pushing my son and walking our dog, its very important. It is compact so it fits thru tight spaces. I cannot say enough. Great stroller!

These are fairly big tablets, not capsules, and fairly odorous as well. You definitely want to take them with food. If not, you will experience aftertaste! There is other ingredients besides the biotin, which really helps your hair and nails as far as their condition. I've noticed my hair is stronger, grows faster and my nails no longer peel like they did before I started using biotin. Nothing too earth shattering with the other ingredients. Definitely take 2 daily to get your best biotin dose, so this bottle will last you a month. I will continue to take a similar supplement, but they don't all have such an odor, that part turns me off.
