Terrible reliability and even worse customer service. I have owned this product for 2.5 years. Within six months something went wrong with a roller and a repair guy had to come fix it. The past two months I have been trying to repair this treadmill myself, since the service warranty only covers two years. Guess how that has gone. They have sent three defective consoles (one didn't even fit), and two defective control boards so far. I have had to pay a repair guy twice to come to my house ($100 each visit), and the product is still sitting dead. BUYER BEWARE!!!

this is amazing. I love mommy bliss products. they have never failed me. i gave this to my son during the day. the next few hours we had an explosion. He was happy and no longer cranky

A little weak in the overall, but something to get you going if you have been putting this daunting task off. Nothing fancy, but then if you don't need 'fancy' this should work fine for you. Pretty easy to use. For somethings you will still need to seek legal advice.

I bought this as a gift. The bag, in black, looks great and it is indeed very light. It is also nicely designed. On this basis it should be a four or five star. However, after two outings one of the zippers is broken. The return date passed while the recipient was moving out of state. There should be more flexibility to return or exchange an item such as this.
