I was very happy with the product - but none of my grand-children were interested....so I have several hundred dollars of coins and really do not want to spend them. I returned the 'books' but can't return the quarters, lesson learned...Ask first.

I really love the cordless design of this model. It looks great but that's about it! The suction is lousy and it spits all the debris out if you 'god forbid' pick it up or even angle it abit. My floor is cleaner after using a dustbin and broom. I'm extremely disappointed esp. given the high cost for this vacuum and do not recommend it at all.

The bottles pictured are not the ones I received. I received bottles with a "click top" like a shampoo bottle. The company quickly responded with an apology and sent me 2 more bottles, but they still had no pump. They then apologized and said that the company "must no longer" be using the pump top bottles. I'm not sure if this is true or not, as I remember the company used to use the click top bottles and then switched to pump top. However, I've not contacted Acnexus directly. I'm not even sure they can be contacted directly, as my research of them on the internet over the years has yielded "shady" results (no numbers, strange reviews, etc). I've been using this product for years. I've tried other facial washes, but this works best. I have skin on the oiler side. My sister has drier skin and has been using this for years as well.

This product (Nero Video) is nothing more than bug ridden garbage with the manufacturer claiming functionality that, in fact it can't perform. I've been using Nero since Nero 7 and enjoy making completely custom menus with my own photos as the background, custom text buttons, and adding CUSTOM MENU MUSIC to each menu. This feature worked great up to their initial release of Nero 12. Then they pushed out updates that updated the entire core Nero components and replaced KwikMedia with NeroMediaHome. As soon as they did that menu music stopped working completely. In order to get the menu music to work I had to uninstall Nero 12, perform a registry clean and delete all of the Nero folders including folder in the C:\program files and C:\user\applications and other locations on my C; drive. After re-installing Nero 12 NEVER EVER install ANY updates! That is the ONLY way you can get menu music to work.

I used to buy this occasinally at the overpriced organic market. Found it on amazon and am so happy because the price now makes if easier to use for my entire family. My husband is requesting refills and my kids don't cry when I rinse their hair. We all have eczema and this doesn't irritate our skin either.
