Couldn't get past the first half. Wasn't exactly low budget, many locations/houses/bars, etc., and a bunch of actors, but just sucked. Bad movie, bad actors.
I put it on my Kindle and that way I can carry it with me anywhere without all the extra weight. I'm still working on navigating it via Kindle, but I have time. I'll get it down eventually to where I can look stuff up easier. I go to Mass earlier that I used to, and spend the extra time reading without being obvious. As an added perk, I have my pick of the best parking places.
I did the install from online and had no problems. The product appears to be working fine. This is my first time using this product.
VR is the future and this is the first major step to mass marketability. I'm surprised at how immersive of an experience PSVR is. Rush of blood scared me like no real haunted house ever has. London Heist was extremely fun and satisfying and then theres Arkham VR where you get to be Batman! Even though there were some slight calibration issues at times that took away a little from the immersion, I'm very impressed with what Sony was able to deliver.
My Thoughts: I really enjoyed this cute little story! But it was kind of weird reading the ARC in 90 degree weather when it takes place around Christmas time but hey it still worked for me.
The screen has a smooth, slick surface that makes dragging simple. There's no loss of touch sensitivity. Since it's glass, I know that I'll be able to use alcohol wipes safely. (The plastic screen I used to have got slightly "bumpy" from using a wipe.) Between the printed instructions that came in the kit, and the videos on their website, installation was easy. The included suction cup really helped and I appreciated having it.The only thing I'd consider a downside is that I couldn't just lift a corner to remove a speck of dust without the whole thing lifting up. But that's a flaw that comes from its virtues, since the rigidity of the glass makes the installation simple which meant that I had no worries about wrinkles occurring. Overall, I'm glad I bought it to replace what I had.
I bought this for my 20 year old son who has been a Lego enthusiast since he was in preschool. He is studying abroad & won't be home for the Christmas. I had this shipped to him in China & it was worth the cost. He loved it!!!
