This is my first time doing anything electrical. This things works out of the box and is totally idiot proof. I use it both to test that the outlet is wired correctly as well as to make sure that I cut the right circuit on the circuit breaker. (Lights go off if the power is cut)
I ordered this at the beginning of February and after all the reviews i read i was excited to start them as soon as i got the. Along with taking the pills i was doing 1 hour of cardio work 3-4 times a week.
