I just want to start by saying that I never wrote an amazon review. After reading this book about 8 months ago and following the diet (with a few alterations), I have lost about 30 pounds. I wasn't trying to lose weight, but I do like having less pounds on me. My girl friend was following the diet, even though she was less strict that I was, and she lost 40+ pounds. It's not just about weight either, I just feel better overall. I'm not saying that this book is the holy grail of diet information, but it worked for me and my gf. Whenever I get into a conversation about food with someone, I recommend this book. This book changed the way I look at food.

JOANNE sounds unlike anything that is currently on the radio. It's Gaga's most personal album to date. This is her bearing her life and soul without any make-up, wigs or costumes. This is her being herself. She is her being Joanne, a girl from New York trying to understand her father's pain. We can hear the pain in her voice and really connect with the message around which the album is built. This is my favorite Gaga album ever you should give it a listen and buy it! You won't regret it I promise!

I really do like this callus remove rand it does work to some degree, however I wish it had a little more power so you could press on it. Don't think it really needs the tilt head part. It does work though and my feet feel much softer.

the program is similar to prior year; is a comprehensive program, imports last year's file easily, handles partnership returns with ease. I have been using this program for over 10 years and have been satisfied with the ease of use.

This is an excellent book that can be read in 1 evening. I highly recommend it. I've read a ton of cancer support books using nutrition and detox and this book does a wonderful job summarizing what options you have.
