  • K.W. - Bring back the old

I own a previous model that works great and decided to get another since I have so many flameless candles. I had believed this would be of the same quality. It is the newer model and two of the four slots have already broken. The interior space is very tight and when I insert and remove C size batteries, I have to forcefully wiggle the batteries to get them in and then out. I hope they will bring back the old class 2 CHFC model. The number on that back of that one, if it is a relevant number to the model, is 3100399, and it doesn't flip open to the side, On the old model, you push the rectangular latch and the lid opens up and to the back. It also has a small view window that displays the amount of charge. It's not as pretty as the newer model, but it works great.

  • Annamarie Briggs - good, but not good enough

I used this product as directed everyday until gone. I didn't notice any dramatic results - my skin looked the same as when I used my regular creams. For the price, it is not worth it, I know a dozen products around $25 to $60 that offer the same or better results. Try Avon Anew products and their deep crease serum or Mannatech products or Oil of Olay creams.

  • Sarah and Micah Battaglia - Great diapers

We love pamper swaddlers. They are my second favorite brand the first being Earth's Best. We had been using earth's best but with a new baby coming and the need to buy two sets of diapers we decided to switch to pampers because for cost reasons. The are definitely more affordable. I've tried lots of different brands over the years of raising my to be four children from pampers, huggies, generics, seventh generation, honest company, and earth's best. These are number 2 on my list! Great diapers!

  • Picky Consumer - Costumer support - bad experience

I have been an Avast customer for at least 5 years. Never really had a problem with the program until recently. I called customer support and gave them access to my computer to help me figure what the problem was. After about 15 minutes with them looking through things the guy tell me that he sees what is wrong and that for a cost of over $200 one of there technical guys could fix my problem. All I had to do was pay this outrageous amount and they would set up an appointment for me. And this was on another computer that I had the upgraded version that I paid for! I have never had a problem with the program keeping viruses off my computer but to charge an outrageous price on something like this made me look at Avast in a different way. not happy with their customer support at all
