I really like the content of the book and I am very happy to start 'oil pulling' every morning. I am able to achieve 15 minutes worth, prior to breakfast. It's getting rid of the mucus at the back of my throat. My mouth feels clean afterwards. It is something I intend keeping on as a morning ritual. Too early for the teeth to whiten, but I am looking forward to seeing the difference. I am into all aspects of using Coconut Oil, and highly recommend all of Bruce Fife's books.

First off, the Quality Is not very good. And omg!!! The alcohol wipes took every bit of the black off the center of my steering wheel!! It's all chrome in the center of the wheel now. Great now wtf do I do?! This was not worth the F up!

I always keep tea tree oil in my medicine kit because it has so many uses. It will kill off anything from bacteria to fungi. If I get a pimple, I put a drop on it, and it dries up very quickly. It is also great to open the sinuses when used in a hot bath. I gave some to my grandmother also to use on her foot fungus, and she said it was effective.

So, I could just cut right to the chase and tell you whether or not this workout works… for me. However, I think I want you to sit back and enjoy the recap of my T25 journey. It was a cold, snowy winter in Boston and I was on a business trip. I got a text from my wife telling me that the workout program she ordered me two days before as a birthday present was already delivered and waiting for me. This was particularly disheartening as I was mentally exhausted after trying to sneak in work-outs on the road and find a balance between eating responsibly and strapping on the feedbag like a Kentucky Derby winning horse! But I was excited to have the program in hand (Thanks to my wife for pulling the trigger when I was on the fence).

I recenty had a bout with Alopecia Areata and thought I would try this product and I am glad that I did. I noticed much less overall loss of hair with each washing! I am feeling hopeful that this really will make a big difference. I also have the Just Natural Alopecia Treatment and that works well too. Great products without the harsh chemicals.
