This oil is everything it was said to be.. It was recommended by two holistic practitioners that had spoke in my class...I researched it further and have been taking it now for about 8 months.. My cholestrol dropped from 246 to 222 the first month and a half. I'm due to get it checked again and can't wait to see my new numbers. I haven't had a menstrual cramp since I started taking this oil. Took it on a cruise just in case someone got sick and low and behold three of us started getting queezy so I went to the cabin and took the oil and not ten minutes later I was fine.. Same happened for my family. I bruise very easily and when I do get one now it only last for three or four days instead of a couple of weeks. Took care of my husband's lactose intolerance stomache in minutes, he was amazed and sold on it and started ordering his own bottles... It has also brought about balance to my out of wack hormone problems seeing that I'm in perimenapause... much prefer stainless and not use aluminum any longer.....when the medical field researches further and can tell me that it does not contribute to Alzheimers, I will give up my aluminim pots/pans, drink cans, anti-perspirant, etc. and use stainless/glass whenever possible.

I saw that this was a common naturalist remedy to handle skin tags. With that in mind I have been using this product to treat a few tags on my person. Of the 3 that I've been treating only one has come off and another seems to be beginning to take effect after a week. But the one that came off was painful for about 2.5 days before it finally turned black and fell off. This was really uncomfortable, I think in the future I'm going to use freeze away if I have a tag sure it's uncomfortable but just for a day vs. a few days with this treatment.

This is by far the BEST meal replacement protein I have ever tasted. I suggest blending it with some ice and a banana or some other fruit, it is so good and keeps me full for a long time.
