  • Anderson Goulart - New license model prevents the use

The license model deceive the customer. You buy a license for ONE USER, but it doesn't show you that ONE USER means ONE COMPUTER. You can't install and use this program on two or more computers if you have so. If you request that, they send you a quote to buy more licenses.

  • Jim C Boehmer - I don't understand the purpose of one side being dull and the other sharp

The knife feels very small in my hand. The handle is very slim. I don't understand the purpose of one side being dull and the other sharp. The release is easy to operate even with gloves. I also wish the glass breaker was more pronounced.

  • Matt Young - Much greater than expected!

These crossbars are a great value. Very sturdy and easy to mount on the car. I'm leasing my Jeep and didn't want to spend a fortune on a Yakima or Thule setup as I have in the past for different vehicles, so I bought this thinking it would be a temporary solution just to get my bike around locally. These are better than a temporary solution! I am hugely surprised that the Brightlines bars are so solid and finished looking. I was expecting a big step down from my previous Yak setup. Not the case at all, these are *very* nice and look really sharp on the silver Renegade. With the rubber windstrips in place I'm not noticing any extra noise as I drive at freeway speeds. And, this may be coincidence as I haven't had them long, but I've been getting better gas mileage after putting these on my car! I realize that doesn't make any sense, but I keep watching my mileage numbers increase slightly every day since installation. So, that might be just my experience, but it certainly doesn't hurt the value of the product.

  • David Bean - give it time

I've been using this for over a year. I have 2 cats, 8+ years old, m & f. I read the negative reviews first, and it seems these reviewers expect instant results. At first, I expected quick results, but found if I waited longer, say 2 to 3 weeks, the stain disappeared. Remember, it is based on urp/fecal/urine munching bacteria, so it can take some time. A friend that has cats uses Resolve or Woolite (the Oxy-Clean ones) and wants results quickly, but I've noticed that K&P does a better job over time - and without the potentially dangerous chemicals.
