Bought a few years ago, but I still use. You have various choices of workouts; dance, yoga, running, jumprope... It's good to do when I want a change from my normal workout. Some of the sessions are short, but I usually do them several times to get a nice sweat or have a plan of selections before I begin. I would recommend tor anyone new to working out again.

I really enjoy this product. I found a way to double it as a computer monitor. It works fine. I was a little hesitant since it is a refurbished item, but it has definitely proven its quality. I currently have it hanging on my wall. It was a definite upgrade from my old 13 in tv....
