I purchased this because the reviews for customer service were so good. I hadn't really heard anything about the company as it's small. I called once I received the unit and completely agree with the other reviews. I tried to set it up on my own but I'm not very technical so I needed help with the TV. The agent was so patient and clear. I needed to get an account with Netflix or Hulu before we could finish so he held the case open for me. When I called back, I got a different agent who was also excellent. I was having some trouble with the TV connection at first, but it got resolved. They even called me back to make sure I didn't need more assistance. Very impressive. The product is good too, providing a strong signal to all our devices. It's small enough to go pretty much anywhere.

This book plus it's online content could have made this a perfect 5. However, the Princeton Review site does not actually work. If you are interested in a book that supplements with online material, look elsewhere for something that actually doesn't have bugs and allows you to use the full potential of your book. Bottom line: The book: Great. The Princeton Review website: Maintained by a bunch of amateurs. I feel cheated and scammed.

Great ending to a great series! Another well written series and I loved the ending. I just wish there was more Juvie/Solai in part 3. I like how Solai made it hard for him and made him work to get her back, but I hate how it took them until the last couple chapter for them to get it together. Either way, keep up the great work!

Got the shark nose because my Jeep is silver and just seemed more appropriate for me. Excellent sturdy construction. Easy installation (don't fret about the blinkers as it didn't). Would think they would include clips but had to pull the ones off the Factor Installed. But...it's nice and unique....left mine matte finished.

Hired first employee after 10 years in business. I was very intimidated by all I had to do to run my business and be above board with all the tax, insurance, legal. Quick books payroll was money well spent for peace of mind and smooth transition. They were great on the phone getting me all set up. Great product!
