    There are a couple of really good reviews about this product that helped convince me to buy. When I first plugged it in to my computer there was no response and I was nervous that I had received a defective part. DON'T JUST TRY PLUGGING IT IN ONCE. I unplugged it and plugged it in two more times and it worked perfect! I was able to click and drag MP3 files onto the folder window, and have been enjoying music while running ever since. People have mentioned in this comment section that not being able to shuffle your playlist is annoying, and I would have to agree with that. I would give 5 stars if I could shuffle the music and was confident in the product straight out of the box.

    SN 9083200811292037 How disappointed we are in the customer/technical service provided by Navien. Began having problems 2 yrs after unit was installed so it wasn't the installer like Navien wants to think.It worked fine for 2 yrs. So for the past 1 1/2 yrs we have scalding hot water for a few minutes...then cold; freezing cold. We are an older couple who must now take cold showers, do dishes with cold water, etc. We have called Navien tech support numerous times. Some calls they have records of but most they don't. We have spent over $1,000 on different plumbers working on the systems with the assistance of Navien techs. Once Navien did send some new parts, but the installation of those didn't make any difference. We have asked Navien to have a rep or supervisor call us numerous times but that has never happened. SO very disappointed with the Navien company. Of course, now the unit is out of warranty. What do I want for Navien? A company who cares about the satisfaction of their customers. I have never in my 64 yrs....ever encountered such poor customer service. I have never given a negative review, however, I feel I must inform anyone thinking about purchasing any product from this company to go somewhere else. I so wish Navien would do the right thing by us but after 1 1/2 yrs, they've worn us down.
