This is a great sewing machine. I bought it despite some reviews that claimed it wasn't a "tough" as it was advertised. After using it for a while i have to say those reviewers must not know much about sewing, it works great. Very long time user, started man versions ago. This version works pretty well and has some good new editing features. Unfortunately it crashes ever time I try to email an invoice using OUTLOOK 2013. This is apparently due to changes in the OUTLOOK program, as my old version of QuickBooks has the same problem with OL 2013. QB tech services spent an hour trying to "fix" it remotely, and the tech rep finally was informed the new outlook was not compatible. They are trying to resolve the problem. Hope they get it fixed soon, I now have to print the invoice to an PDF and email in two steps instead of just one. Not the end of the world, but just one more little annoyance in my day.
