Flexible! Sturdy! Able to withstand the strain I put it through! It is covered in a very flexible nylon, making it nearly impossible to rip open and expose the wires. I have had all authentic name brand lightning cables in the past. Essentially making one company laugh all the way to the bank. I will be a forever customer of SuperFly from now on. Hands down 200% better than buying expensive charging cables that are made to break so you are having to replace it, over and again. I received this product at a discount for a fair and unbiased review. 

So far it is working well, I am not experiencing any jitters or side effects. I have been taking for about 1.5 weeks now.

The arches were way too high and actually poked into the arch of my feet and bruised both arches after only 10 minutes. If you need high arch shoes, these are the ones for you, if not, they will hurt your feet, I had to return them.

good action camera during daylight but in low light or say at night not that great the image looks pixelated and not sharp or in focus. If someone can help me to get to look sharper at night let me know what settings i can use.
