  • gc81 - Better than QBs

We needed to upgrade from PT 2008 for Win 7. Nice new feature is you can open multiple companies and look at them side by side which becomes invaluable when working with intercompany transfers or analyzing multiple companies for planning. We had trouble registering and required three calls to tech support before they could straighten it out. Tech support thought it was because we had to upgrade our databases from PT 2008. Once registered it's works great and if you know accounting its far easier to use than QBs.

  • Kyle Slayzar - Did Not Work, Poor Design (Straightener Works)

I tested the InStyler Pro Ionic with both my fiancé, who has long and thick hair, and her professional stylist BFF, who has short and thin hair, and the results were universally poor even after several attempts and rereading the manuals several times to ensure we didn't miss anything.

  • Amazon Customer - I love this product

I love this product. I started using this silk therapy and my hair changed in the best way possible!! I live in a really dry state and it takes a toll on my hair, making it very dry and brittle. Since using Biosilk silk therapy my hair feels 100% less dry. I only have to use a little because it goes a long way. It is such a relief to not having to worry about my hair being dry. The only thing I regret is not buying this product before now. I also love the fact that it doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy. I really think everyone should try this on their hair for soft and more manageable hair!!

  • Mike - Just don't ask for help or expect it to work

The scanning went fine all the way until I ended up with nav.exe causing very high CPU. I followed the links to get Help, which ultimately dumped me in a Forum. I created a message with very detailed information about my problem and the troubleshooting I did along with the results. I waited a week. No response from Norton. I prodded the Forum and got two messages. Both from just people out on the web that happen to monitor this forum (a strange thing to do) and not actual Norton employees. Norton has to this day never respond to the problem.

  • Kindle Customer - Battery won't hold charge

I am sad because I got this for Hubby for Xmas. He is in Electronics so he knows about these devices so it is definitly the battery. If the seller sends us a new battery then we will upgrade our stars because this little tablet is loaded with neat features.
