For sleep these worked well but if you have a real problem sleeping just take two. I use Kava Kava all the time, have for years, and was perfectly happy with this brand
This is some good stuff. I have read that there is no odor, but I do not agree with this. There is an odor and it is not exactly pleasant. However this stuff does clean. I even had some tar on my hands that this took off better than acetone!!! Definitely recommend and I will be buying more!
