Just received the cookbook and couldn't wait to read it. I absolutely love the stories before each easy to read recipe. Gina gives you options to cook all of the recipes in a crock pot, pressure cooker or on top of the stove/oven. I can't wait to start cooking and get healthy. Gina out did herself once again!

I'm tempted to give this 5 stars, just because I like the concept so much. But there are enough flaws in it that I can really only justify 4. Plenty of other reviews here give a complete rundown of what's involved in the program, and how it compares with the previous version (which I did not own), so I'll skip right to what I think is good about it and what needs improvement. Just so you know, I've used it for 4 months now, 3 times per week continuously, so I'm in good position to judge its merits.

Never thought I would live to listen to a collaboration between Gaga and Florence Welch, the song is pure perfection.

I am so glad that Dr. Fung has finally published a fasting guide. I have been doing weekly 4 day water fasts for the past year and have seen tremendous results. I love that this book is a fusion of LCHF acknowledging the benefits of fasting. I am so thankful to know that the key to losing fat is simply controlling insulin.

Bought this book from Tom Horn's web site SkywatchTV.com. Fantastic book on the occult, Christianity and the modern direction on where we are headed. Tom's books are research at its best and this one does not disappoint. Tom has a knack for writing books that are so needed for the times we live in. Highly recommend this book.

This is a great game. The Captain your Country was a lot of fun and really tested your skills in the harder difficulty. It was most fun playing alongside a friend. I do however wish you could just play an online friendly match but i have yet to figure out how to do that. I do not usually buy FIFA games but i chose to give this one a try and was glad I did.
