I am still undecided on whether this helps or not. I have been taking it for 4 cycles now. I don't have a problem ovulating that I know of but I do have very short 21-22 day cycles that I was hoping to extend. The last 2 have started at day 24 but I spotted very heavily the 2 days prior so it's still basically the same. I have also been using progesterone the 2nd half of my cycle so it's impossible to determine which is causing what. I was really just hoping to see more pronounced results I guess.

So I was a little skeptical trying pureLYFT because the price seemed kind of high, but then I thought about how much I pay for a cup of coffee and it did not seem that bad! I personally do not like the taste of black coffee or the fact that it stains my teeth and causes, ehem, problems during the digestion process, so this was a good alternative for me.

Those of you complaining about how it " looks like you haven't washed your hair in a month" , I'm assuming you don't have the kinky, typical African american hair. The product honestly works best on us African american women with this kimd of hair and is to be put on your SCALP. SCALP, not your whole head. This is probably why your hair looks so crazy .. I personally have been using this product since grade school religiously and it has never failed me. I highly do not recommend for those of you without our type of hair..because if you read the reviews , you can see that its mostly African American women with the best results because of our hair texture. Its not a bad product, its just not for you . for example, I grease my SCALP with this regularly. And honestly , I NEVER have the issue of my hair being matted or stringy etc. The grease stays on my scalp , and gives a form of glass to my actual hair , but it definetly does not impact my hair negatively.

Spigen makes the best tempered glass screen protectors I have been able to find. There are all sorts of things that can damage your screen from idle bumps, to just having your keys in your pockets. For those of us that regularly carry around keys, wallet, knives, and a pen in our pockets on a daily basis it's important to protect your expensive new device from idle bumps and scratches. The iphone 7 is incredibly expensive and if you damage it from something stupid like rubbing your keys against it your going to be furious. Make sure to have a case and a tempered glass screen protector.
