original order had 2 right mud flaps. I called and the lady I spoke with was so nice, no hassle and the correct flaps were mailed the next day. my husband loves them, a perfect fit.
I am filled with rage against this machine! I have other Keurig's at my vacation houses, so I bought this one for my own home. Being from Louisiana, I was thrilled that Community coffee makes capsules for Keurig use. Only, not THIS Keurig! Only coffees with a K inside of a circle and a check mark work in this computerized coffee machine.i called the company and was told that I could drive to a Bed, Bath and Beyond to find over 200 approved coffee brands, all of which taste horrible.:Gloria Jeans, Tullys, Donut Shoppe, GAG! So, I promised them that I would spread the word about Keurig and their licensing agreements with companies, designing a machine especially made to force you into buying their approved coffees, at an almost 200 dollar price tag, to boot! DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEEMAKER!
I'm running 2011. And I'm being forced to update to 2014 or else my 2011 will not work with my bank. To a product that for most people DOESN'T WORK properly. How can Intuit do this ? It should be illegal. I think there maybe should be a class action lawsuit or something. How can a company make you pay for a product that does not work by taking away the functionality of a product you are using and paid for ?? What a terrible company ! But they have us by the you know what because it is so difficult to switch to another company's product. Shameful. And probably illegal. Any lawyers out there ???
Don't buy this and change your mind and try to remove. When I removed it it slowed my machine to the point I reformatted the hard drive. Avast is from (from Amazon) and works really well on Windows 7.
As expected, P&G products work. There is so much packaging/marketing in this, that it's tough to give a credible rating. Yes, they work: Caution: name might change in 30 days, to "Super Advanced Seal" or "Amazing White-strips Breakthrough" You're never sure just what you're buying.
