Good practice, but there are mistakes you probably wont catch if you don't already know the material.

I'm 5'6" and 130lbs. and a large was a perfect fit for riding. Not too tight,not too loose. Breathes well. Washed cold, hung to dry.

I don't know what's happened with Pampers Swaddlers. Initially these diapers were working so well, so they were all we bought. They used to keep from overnight leak and the quality was good so that we did automatic deliveries. The past few months, disaster. We've never had to change the sheets overnight this much, ever! We've taken to getting him up in the middle of the night to change him to ensure the sheets are not soaked in the morning, and have to change them yet again. Prior to this we were fine overnight, no issues or wetness on the sheets. This is insane. No fun washing down a soaked baby in the middle of the night. We are now looking for another diaper that will work as well as the Swaddlers used to. The quality has gone down tremendously - they are thinner and are not the same. We've discontinued our delivery service and have returned the last box.

I have been using this product going on 2 months, I did use it a little faster than the 30 days it was supposed to last, but my nails are growing much much faster and stronger. My hair is noticeably softer and smoother with barely any frizz! It is so healthy!! I am also using MegaFood Nails, Skin & Hair vegan vitamins that everything comes from natural plant or plant root extracts as well, but have not noticed a big improvement since I added that to my regimen which started with just this product, so I know how this product worked with and without other products. I also recommend taking biotin 5000mcg+ a day as this only has 300mcg and you will REALLY see a difference in your hair and nails! What's great about this is it's Collagen Formula, people who need Collagen Therapy for injuries have turned to this as a lesser expensive way of getting Collagen! I currently have 4 unopened bottles so I obviously don't plan on discontinuing my use any time soon! Like I said, I personally go through it in about 3 weeks, not 30 days but I do not recommend taking more than the directed amount of anything! I just found that it worked for me with no side effects. Even the taste of this is great! Just don't forget to add some Biotin on it's own, that was a doctor's advice, I take 7500mcg/day but he recommended 5000mcg+/day to boost hair and nail strength and health! I would recommend this to anyone who is beauty conscious, I think it is definitely worth it's price!
