I love zantrex-3. I've been using it for a month and have had great results. My tummy is flat (I've even got some ABS going) and I'm fitting into my old clothes. However I definitely do not think this pill is for everyone. For reference, I already used to drink up to 5 cups of black coffee a day. When I was younger I would take nodoze every day. On top of a high caffeine tolerence I am very active. I bike as my sole transport and I live in a tropical environment. I do 30 sit ups and 30 push ups a day. If you don't have a strong caffeine tolerence and aren't very active you will most likely experience very uncomfortable side effects. Also, if you are looking to just take a pill and lose weight this wont work. You have to exercise. But if the above applies to you then go for it. I lost ten pounds in one week.

I enjoyed this book. It could have employed a little more humor to relieve the tension, but it was a good read!

One shouldn't expect all that much at this price point - it works - haven't had it very long so can't speak to durability.
