I bought this product for my schools library-an Elementary school. Children at this age are hard to impress but they pore over the pages of this book on every visit to the library-always finding something to be in awe of or laugh about .
This was such a cute, heart felt read. It had steamy parts but deep down it had real issues and relateable characters.
This knife was unfortunately not made in the US. This is my first and biggest gripe, but it is a solid, well-built knife. The locking mechanism is simple to use one handed and securely held the knife during my numerous kayaking trips this past year. Overall, the knife is slightly shorter than I would prefer for a rescue/emergency knife. I have smaller hands, but the small handle still makes it hard to grip the knife.
I bought this as a birthday present for my mother, who has had chronic back pain since a car accident ten years ago. As both of us have lots of experience with e-stim machines in a physical therapy environment, we were familiar with what we were looking for in a home use machine. I'm happy to say this does not disappoint. The instructions are very easy to follow, the pads are strongly adhesive, yet easy to maneuver to different areas, and the control pad is easy to read and understand, with the arrows providing clear direction for stronger or milder stimulation. This provided instant relief that lasted through the night and the next day, and was much more cost effective than a visit to the chiropractor. Very happy with this.
The back won't stay on ,keeps falling off and it never shows the right temperature. My lo will be running a 101.00 temperature on a oral Thermometer and this one will tell me her temperature is 96.0. Probably the worst thermometer there is.
better programs outthere. Kaplan is for below average students. not if you're looking for a 30+. Look into examkrackers and princeton review.
No need to rehash everything others have written. Every bad review here is true. But I have to speak out that this is an utter disgrace of a product. Cover says, "Fully revised and updated." That is not true. The tests are largely a mishmash of questions from old tests. There ARE examples of the new essay; the book has six-passage (vs. 7-passage) science tests; and there are paired reading passages. But the the tests are not, as the back cover states, "real full-length practice tests." Tests cobbled together from new and old material are not statistically valid "real" tests.
