I have never read any books by Mark, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised. I could not put the book down. In addition to being an excellent Christian book written from a biblical perspective, it gave an excellent overview of the Mayan civilization. His presentation of the material is well-balanced and well researched. I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about the subject.

I've got old asphalt tiles in my basement. I've tried a number of approached to get a gloss on this floor, but to no avail. The floor was looking really dull. First, I vacuumed it exhaustively with my shop vac. Next, I cleaned it thoroughly with a mild floor detergent (by Zepp, I think). Then, I applied the quick shine and was really impressed by the gloss. Make sure you light up the area to avoid missed spots, stroke marks, etc. It dries very quickly and remains "wet looking" afterwards. The stuff reminds me of a 1960's product, "Glo Coat," with its milking color. Lastly, I tried buffing it just to see if I could get the gloss even higher, but it didn't change it at all. I really love this item!

for me after taking it on an empty stomach, it made me more hungry but i will say it does help you feel full, only ate a little protein, healthy fat, carb/starch with veggies, i can go 3-4 hrs w/o feeling hungry but it did not help w/my sugar cravings. i do like the release of excess water not sure if burning fat yet. i do like the taste. i am not on low cal diet, i may see better result if i did but i do w/o but not oftern

This product was sworn to be great for me by a co-worker and she was right. Yes it helps to reduce stress which leads to a flatter tummy BUT....read the fine print. Side affect is acne. I've always had clear skin but after 2 weeks of Relacore...I had acne on my face, shoulders and back. It's the kind of pimples that are red and sore. After realizing that no shower products helped I stopped taking Relacore and guess what...no more acne. Reading other reviews I'm not alone in this.

Have always used Urban decay, thought I'd try this, love it actually easier to use, because it's in a tube form so you get all the product, and I think it's a little easier to apply.......gets 5 stars from me.
