    Unfortunately, after about 3 days this item started emitting a burning odor from the electrical outlet no matter which outlet it was plugged into so I had to unplug it and return it. I had hoped it would work but this caused me concern.

    I was confused by the reviews here, which seem to be all over the map. In the end, I decided to take a chance and purchase SmartDraw 2012 Standard, which I purchased by phone from the manufacturer. Their website offered only a downloadable version, and I wanted a "hardcopy" on CD. The person I spoke with at SmartDraw was very helpful in answering questions, and said they can ship a packaged version for an additional $19.95, which I was fine with. No sooner did I hang up, than I found an email with a link for downloading SmartDraw immediately, which I wasn't expecting, but really appreciated being able to use the software right away, without having to wait for the CD. There was also a second email with links to a series of tutorials - I appreciated this too.

    It is just like original on my other truck BUT I still have not installed it due to my fault. Too many projects and some health issues. The only thing bad is that the truck does not have a wire dedicated to this so I need to string one (not difficult...just pushed to the back burner. will get it done when it warms up a bit). Thank you for having the right part!

    Avg Anti-virus seems to be ok , I have not had long enough To give it a good rating. The PC tune I haven't had any luck down loading. My Anti-Virus says that I should not install it ?. I really have not tried it for a couple days, not satisfied with it.
