I purchased the Black Book for NFL twice, including this season. Last year I was hoping to improve my game after a rough learning experience the year before and I stumbled upon Joe's book by chance. I don't know if it was fate, but that season I committed to using Joe's predictions and insight with the projections I use and had tremendous success!

These definitely do not hold frames. Maybe they would be fine for a college student's concert poster (unframed), but I just purchased two frames for photos as a gift for my husband and they each crashed down off the wall within 15 minutes of being hung and completely obliterated the news frames I also purchased. When I took the strips off the wall along came the paint with one of them. Now I have wall repair, shattered glass to clean up and no frames for the photos I was hanging as a surprise.

I've been taking these little blue pills for a week now... Monday I weighed myself I was 236 and then again on Friday and I was 232! I've been watching my calories but I feel as if the pills are working!! I had trouble going to the bathroom but they have sped my metabolism up so I'm very regular now... I will continue to take these for another three weeks and I will write another review..
