Bought this in June 2013. Very unimpressed. Constant problems opening the company file. As my old computer was dying I bought a new Windows 8 computer only to find this software won't run on it. Connection manager couldn't open and support claimed this was a Windows issue. Had to spend $100 to upgrade to 2014 to fix the problem even though I only bought 2013 six months earlier. Support us terrible. Problems transferring my data to the 2014 version. This software sucks generally and I do not recommend it.

This stuff is fantastic, I have had major scars and it REALLY does the job and it goes a long way. I have used scar cream at $100 a tube and this works BETTER at a 10th the cost

Great product, we r very happy with it. Easy to use, was easy to put together, if you looked at all the parts first. The directions are backwards in some spots, but less than an hour in the end.
